ABOUT BRENT CROSS
Opening mid November 2026, you’ll find our brand new urban sauna garden tucked away at London’s hottest new neighbourhood Brent Cross Town. A little pocket of heat, cold and calm, right in the middle of the city, and Slomo's first permanent London site.
Sweat it out in the sauna, take the plunge in our cold tubs, then do it all over again… it’s the new way to hang out. Swap the usual after-work drinks for something that leaves you feeling better than when you arrived. Come solo, bring your mates, or meet a few new ones along the way.
We’re stepping things up with special weekly classes and rituals. Heat, cold and good company, all in one evening. It’s sauna culture, London style.

Brent Cross Town is a few minutes from Junction 1 of the M1 and the A41 Hendon Way, which connects to the A1, and is adjacent to the A406 North Circular.
Parking options include:

Tilling Road Car Park – a temporary car park accessed via the Costa Coffee roundabout behind Brent South Shopping Park. A pedestrian route connects through to Merchant Street, Brent Cross Town.

Whitefield Avenue – a temporary car park located just off Whitefield Avenue. From here, walk down Claremont Road towards the Visitor Pavilion.

Additional parking can also be found via YourParkingSpace and JustPark.
Parking fees apply and the area is monitored by parking wardens and automated cameras. Please check local signage for parking restrictions, time limits and car park opening times. Vehicles parked in contravention of the rules may receive a Private Parking Ticket (PPT).
