COMMUNAL SAUNA & ICE SESSION
50 min COMMUNAL SAUNA
Join our mixed-gender communal sauna session and enjoy a cold dip for all the added benefits of contrast therapy. Each session is 50 minutes.

SUNDAY RESET RETREAT
2.5 hour RETREAT SESSION
Enjoy a luxurious 2.5-hour wellbeing reset each Sunday, complete with yoga, sound healing, sauna and ice session and holistic snacks and teas.

This nourishing 60-minute yoga and breathe class takes place in the peace and tranquillity of the Slomo tipi. Enjoy a hatha and vinyasa flow with one of our experienced yoga teachers.

Activate the parasympathetic nervous system and release tension with 60- minutes of deep relaxation in this guided somatic breathwork session.

Bathe yourself in sound waves streamed live from the Academy of Integrated Sonic Medicine for a truly meditative experience. Each session is 60 minutes.

Decompression session with
A 90-minute reset for your mind and body. Start with a therapist-led decompression session by Self Space focusing on breathwork, grounding and letting your system settle. Then enjoy a hot–cold cycle in the Slomo saunas and ice baths. Finish with a salt scrub and hot shower so you can step back into your weekend feeling clearer, calmer and more ‘yourself’.
